A PALERMO L’ACQUA PIU’ CARA D’ITALIA
I cittadini palermitani hanno appena tirato un profondo respiro di sollievo per aver evitato un drammatico razionamento idrico ( grazie alle abbondanti piogge primaverili) che si ritrovano un aumento della bolletta di ben il 9%. È quanto stabilito dall’Ati, l’ente di governo per la gestione delle risorse idriche a livello provinciale, che ì ha deliberato l’aumento sulle bollette dell’ AMAP Tale aumento dovrebbe incidere mediamente intorno a 20 euro a famiglia. Tale aumento, anche se corposo, si può giustificare anche dal fatto che l’ultimo aumento è stato nel 2014.
Ma purtroppo tale aumento non sarà l’unico. Infatti presto arriverà anche un’altra stangata, più corposa, quella per la Maxi multa dell’E.U. sulla mancata depurazione . Tale multa colpirà soprattutto la Sicilia e Palermo dove, nonostante ad ogni bolletta , l’utente paga una cifra, non indifferente, per la depurazione , tali somme non vengono spese.
Cioè il cittadini deve pagare due volte. Una volta per depurare le acque e un’altra volta perché le acque non vengono depurate.
